Alyssa Wood is an undergraduate senior at the University of Arizona majoring in History with minors in Adolescents, Community, and Education (ACE), Southwest Studies, & Business Administration. After graduation she hopes to become a high school history teacher. Her ultimate goal is to inspire the next generation to become informed members of the community who have a desire to effect positive change in the world around them. She believes that getting a personal look at indigenous and data sovereignty-affirming public policy will help to her to provide future students with insight into real-life examples of collaborative changemaking.
